The application allows you to track the most significant events: the number of calls, the dynamics of elevator operation, elevators without trips and visits by specialists.The Lift Service mobile application operates on the basis of the Ob dispatch complex - it collects and processes data that flows from all elevator blocks located in one system.Lift Service is a new tool for managers of companies and departments servicing elevators, allowing them to see the whole picture of the company’s activities and evaluate the effectiveness of its work.Application features:- operational information on elevators: viewing the number of elevators without trips and elevators in the “Call” state, received from the cabin to the control room;- number of “problem” elevators: statistics on elevators with downtime and malfunctions;- list of elevators: indicating the address and entrance number;- reliability index: summary information about the efficiency of elevators;- detailed information about each elevator, displaying the current status and other useful information;- movement schedule of the main elevator drive: each time it is turned on (elevator movement between floors);- interactive map: with the designation of elevators and their link to a real address and quick transitions to each of them;- a maintenance plan, which displays the planned and actual maintenance dates for each elevator.
At the end of the month, users receive a push notification about which elevators were not serviced this month;- a restart table that will show the number of restarts of the selected elevators.
